Hi, I’m Valarie Budayr

My friends call me Val !!

Have I ever told you about the time the bottom fell out of my box and I felt like a hamster on a wheel? I spent my days powering through with an “I’m fine mentality.” The truth was that I wasn’t fine. I was depressed, lonely, and completely felt “Not Enough”. Soon depression led to a chronique illness and immobility. I had a choice to make, either to continue down this path or to do something so out of the ordinary, to shake myself up. Along the road I found that deeply buried ME that I hadn’t seen in years. As I started my healing journey I not only found ME, but discovered that everything I needed to heal and live Vibrantly existed inside me all along. I didn’t need to look any further than the woman in the mirror.

A Little Bit More About Me:

VALARIE BUDAYR is a Board-Certified Sound Practitioner, Pause Trauma Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Qigong Practice Leader, and Mindfulness Teacher who guides others towards self-discovery and self-healing with the principles of sound, movement, breath, a connection with nature, inner traditions, depth psychology, and wisdom practices.

She is an author, publisher, and CEO of AudreyPress.com, and Founder of Mongata, an online center for well-being and inner healing. As the daughter of immigrant parents, her Gotland, Sweden ancestral roots and heritage strongly influence her beliefs, values, practices, and desire to express kindness and inclusion for all.

Through Practice Leadership, Valarie teaches others to use transformational tools to reinforce the Knowing that we are all our own best medicine that will help them improve and heal their mind, body, and spirit. Valarie invites her students and clients into immersive explorations of the self through Mongata’s online classes, workshops, courses, daily meditation practices, and the wisdom shared on her ValarieBudayr.com website.
